• Free Shipping — All orders ship free, with no minimum purchase required.

• Same-Day Shipping — Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday–Sunday) ship out the same day, 7 days a week.

• Processing & Delivery — Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–2 business days for delivery in most cases (actual transit times depend on your location and carrier).

• Tracking Issues — If you don’t see the tracking email in your inbox, check your spam/junk/promotions folder. If you still can’t locate it, feel free to contact us.​

Sales & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or other non-defect reasons.

 

Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive! For unworn merchandise in original condition (with tags attached and in resale-ready state), we offer free exchanges within 5 business days of delivery.

To request an exchange:

1. Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

​

2. Provide your order number and photos of the item(s) you wish to exchange.

​

3. We’ll issue a prepaid return label for the unwanted item(s).

​

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship your replacement at no cost.

​

Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired size/color/style.

​

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags/labels intact.

​

We do not cover return shipping for exchanges outside this policy window or for ineligible items.

​​

Additional Notes

Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 5 business days with photos — we’ll make it right (replacement or other resolution at our discretion).

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
